Engagement sessions...
Engagement shoots are a great way to meet your photographer before your wedding. And it is also a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera. Jesse did a shoot(the one at the vineyard) and the people he was shooting hadn't had their photos taken for years! So they were really excited. Mat shot these first photos on Lake Erie. These are just a few sneek peeks at some of the awesome photo's that were taken last week. More to come soon!

The Schilling wedding...
Jim just keeps getting better~ every wedding I see from him is amazing! I love this ceremony entrance... right out of a storybook.
Some people use sand instead of a unity candle. The final product is gorgeous, and will keep for generations!

I love the perspective Jim used in this shot.

This cake looked incredible! I used to decorate cakes, so I am always checking out every cake photo that comes in... and this has got to be one of my favorite ones! I think that lime green is the coolest color!
Great job Jim. Keep up the good work! :)

Elliot Wedding...
Jesse shot a wedding close to home! This was in Oberlin. The ceremony shots were amazing, I think that Finney Chapel is so beautiful inside. They did a lot of shots outside, and I just think the umbrellas look awesome! (which by the way is a perfect idea for "just-in-case-it-rains")
I was very impressed by this grunge shot Jesse did... I am a sucker for these shots!
The skinny vertical doors in the background give this photo height.

Beautiful eyes~

Here is a sneek peek at the album. I love these bubble shots!

Both Jesse & I thought that this was our favorite cake page yet!

Jason & Trisha....
Jesse shot this wedding in Montana. Seeing the photo's, it seemed like such a fun wedding to be at, Jesse actually was laughing as he we all were looking at the photo's :) Right away, I noticed that Jason had quite a personality. He made all the creative shots so much fun. And I love this one with Trisha and her bridesmaids. Jesse used his gold reflector. They sort-of look like they are in California?!
This is stunning...
I love the reflection of the sun flair~
How cool is this pic?!

This was done with some rad actions... looks so vintage
One of the best....

Ok, this has got to be the best cake-smash photo ever. The girls in the back have such awesome expressions on their faces.
Sneek peek at their album:
This shows you a little bit of Jason's personality. I love the king-of-the-mountain pic! :) Jesse informed me as he was designing their ablum that he now is taking a lot more shots for background images in the album. An example would be this page. The image that is under has lots of grass under them walking in the background, and also lots of empty space on top and the right side. The reason he does this is for the layout of the page. He then is able to layer more images on top.
Jesse said they randomly ran into this graffiti. He used an old skool vintage action on the photo on the left.
The album is going to be incredible. Thanks Jason & Trisha for your fun personalities and great ideas!
